Setup

Refresh Rate

Set how frequently the grid on the main screen polls the database by setting the Refresh Rate.

Database File Path

The Database File Path is a very important piece of information.  This is the file path to the timelog.mdb database file that contains all of the timestamp information.  By default the database is located in the \Database directory that is found within the same folder as the program executable.  If desired, the database can be moved to a different location and that location can be identified by using the Database File Path.

The database can even be placed on a server or a shared computer for use by multiple users.  For example, you can create a folder on your server and place the timelog.mdb file inside it.  Then, you can share the folder out using the name TimeLog. Assuming that the name of your server is MYSERVER you would need to enter the following information into the Database File Path field on each PC that is to share the database:

\\MYSERVER\TIMELOG\

Viewable Columns

Check the boxes next to the column names to make the appropriate columns visible in the grid on the main screen.

Allow 34 Hour Restart

After 34 hours of off duty time, the 60 and 70 hour time restrictions can be restarted if the Allow 34 Hour Restart checkbox is checked.  If the Allow 34 Hour Restart checkbox is not checked, the program will never restart the time counter even if 34 hours of consecutive off duty time has occurred.
